A passionate, intuitive practitioner with a deep personal and clinical connection to Chinese medicine — acupuncture and herbal medicine both.
My journey into Chinese medicine began in my early twenties when I was suffering from severe allergic eczema. Having exhausted every avenue of conventional treatment, I turned to Chinese herbal medicine as a last resort — and was astonished by the results. The transformation was profound, and my curiosity was ignited.
Later, working as a professional dancer, I sustained a chronic back injury. When my physiotherapist suggested acupuncture, I embraced it wholeheartedly. Once again, the medicine delivered. Pain that had limited my life resolved, and I emerged from the experience with an even deeper respect for what traditional Chinese medicine could achieve.
I trained at the Northern College of Acupuncture — one of the UK's most respected institutions — graduating with a first-class BSc (Hons) degree. My training encompassed comprehensive biomedical studies alongside deep immersion in Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and practice.
I am a qualified prescriber of Chinese herbal medicine, enabling me to offer personalised herbal formulas alongside acupuncture treatment — extending and deepening therapeutic care between sessions.
My clinical skill set includes acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Tuina bodywork, Guasha, cupping, Moxibustion and neuromuscular techniques. I am a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).
My practice is built on the conviction that lasting health requires a whole-person approach. I combine acupuncture and herbal medicine with personalised dietary, lifestyle and wellbeing advice — recognising that sustainable change cannot be achieved through needles alone.
My Chinese herbal prescriptions are individualised to each patient's unique pattern of health and evolve as treatment progresses. Whether used in combination with acupuncture or as a standalone treatment, herbal medicine forms an essential pillar of the care I offer.
I believe that we are dynamic beings, always striving for balance. This is, at its heart, the philosophy of Chinese medicine — a medicine that is gentle yet powerful, ancient yet entirely relevant to the modern world.
These are the convictions that underpin how I practise — and why so many patients experience lasting, meaningful change.
Everyone has individual needs and a unique way of living. Traditional Chinese Medicine is firmly rooted in this ethos — there is no single universal treatment that works for everyone. The key is to find what is right for you, and to honour that.
My guiding principle is that wellness is achievable for everyone — it simply requires prioritising it. Mindset matters. I will help you uncover and reframe the beliefs that may be blocking you from reaching your health goals.
The body has a remarkable innate ability to heal itself. My role is to listen carefully to what your body is telling me — and to create a treatment plan, combining acupuncture and herbal medicine, that works in harmony with that intelligence.
The quest for health is rarely a quick fix. True, lasting change takes time and commitment. I will support you along your unique path — helping you cultivate change that is sustainable, not merely temporary relief.
